My heart goes out to the Auto mobile Driver people barely getting by pay bills monthly now DUE TO SOME DUMMY his insurance is gonna get raised… THESE MOPES SHOULD BE WEARING HELMETS & THEY SHOULD MAJE IT MANDATORY TO HAVE INSURANCE
