One Struck in Shooting

48. Oh my God, my witness specifically saw a shooting. It occurred on 11th, north of Nevada here. She's saying the shooting occurred with a person running. They weren't in the car shooting from what another witness has seen. So we're checking 11th right now as we speak, between Nevada and Irvington. Yeah, there should be casings on actually 11th, so just be careful driving through 11th. Copy.
