I take it back again. NYPD was patrolling but the helicopters up, circling, and flying low are not coming up on apps so likely military. Pertaining to UN General Assembly?
I take that back. They're also circling over land in Red Hook. Anything on the scanner?
Aviation is up along buttermilk channel and down to BBP along the water. My guess is a jumper?
