1st and 2nd, confines of the 444, 445, discerning a level 1 mobilization in regards to a confirmed escaped prisoner. Mobilization point is 234 East 149, Park to Mars. We have a missing prisoner, male Hispanic named Jose Lopez, date of birth 9-26-1986. He's 37 years old, about 5'11". He has brown hair, brown eyes. Last seen wearing a blue and white hospital gown with blue hospital pants. Yellow box, he was last seen.
