Too many landlords getting away with unsafe housing conditions! Dangerous electrical hookups, no or defective smoke detectors, not a fire extinguisher in sight in some of these buildings. So many tragedies that could be prevented. Sad.
My biggest fear. Had a negligent landlord. Two electrical fires in building within one week. With a newborn baby at the time.
The chief is requesting for one extra ladder truck
