I suspect we're going to see a lot more of this. Too many people dont understand how our homes are supposed to carry the rain water away or how the city's system of carrying water away is supposed to work. Everywhere I go I see cement patched where the curb meets the street. That one patch of cement will prevent water from flowing into the sewer. Our gutters, downspouts, lawns, pavements and curbs are supposed to work together in a connected way that doesnt allow ANY water to pool up near against or on a property.

Where is L and I? Our Mayor needs to step it up fast with all outside construction. Just think of all the $ she can collect with fines. Maybe all of our taxes will be lowered of our property value decreases because of poor construction, hiring people to work on homes that aren't licensed and insured. Hiring non UNION..ETC

Never happen even with fines it just means more greed and even if they did L&I people will still over look it for kick backs and the mayor will never tell anyone about more funds coming in to lower taxes
