Officers responded to a dispute at East 27th St and 2nd Ave around 4:10 p.m. on Monday. Upon arrival, they found community members holding down the suspect, who was seen on an electric wheelchair, dragging the body in the bag. Pursuant to the ongoing investigation, the individual was arrested and charged with Concealment of a Human Corpse on Monday, July 8, 2024.
