We're going to try to start to get water on this fire, but we're probably going to have to have 284 come down to it.

Battalion 2-1 to Staten Island. Battalion 2-1K. All fires on the on-ramp coming from the belt towards the right to split where they could choose the upper and lower level. We're going to need units coming from the belt and getting onto the bridge. I have 1-6-1. They're going to try to operate a line across the divider. They're not crossing. All members. Step 4.
