Guys this is mostly likely a drill lifeguards do for the event of an actual rescue. One lifeguard will fake being a drowned victim and it will be a test for the supervisors to see their reaction time and what to work on. Ik these guys pretty well and there the best of the best so nothing will slide while they stand watch
He is relaxed so quick to judge ! Have faith ! Perhaps use your phone for something better
