The woman died. I spoke to the sergeant who was looking for camera footage from the surrounding buildings. He shared that she was walking in the crosswalk when the vehicle ran over her. I live nearby but didnt realize this happebed until I was headed to the supermarket; I saw small crocs and a pool of blood in the street. They shut down the avenue for good reason, it was a crime scene and very tragic. May she rest in peace.
@Laeve181 saw the crocs as well, hadn’t noticed the blood. Likely manslaughter charges in that case
