Pro-Palestinian Protesters Arrested at Yale

At least four people were arrested at Yale on Wednesday evening after marching to the school president's home. Two are students and two are not, according to the New Haven Register.

According to a tweet from the Yale Daily News, more than 200 pro-Palestine protesters have put up about 30 tents on a campus green area and are blocking access to it with two human chains.

Around 45 people were arrested at Yale as protesters were dispersed from Beinecke Plaza, New Haven Police confirmed. The protesters were transported to a Yale Police facility where they were charged with Criminal Trespass and then released. Another 200 protesters are now assembled at Grover Street and College Street, where they are blocking the intersection. Police said they do not plan to make any arrests of nonviolent protesters there.
