NYPD Emergency Service Unit (ESU) has been requested to extract a driver trapped in the vehicle involved in the pedestrian accident.
The vehicle, described as a blue Hyundai minivan, struck the pedestrian and a nearby scaffolding. EMS has been requested on a rush for the pedestrian who broke their leg.
