According to @ny_scoop, police pursued a stolen vehicle on the Belt Parkway but lost sight of it. Moments later, officers responded to a call at Voorhies Avenue & Knapp Street for a person trapped in a car following a crash. Upon arrival, they found a smashed car that took out a utility pole. The driver was arrested on the scene and taken to the hospital along with another passenger.
