I’ve been a resident here for over 50 years, I’m third generation, Manor born. Let’s be clear everyone. It’s NOT a deli. It’s a drug spot and every local resident in Douglaston knows it. Boycott the places that bring in bad elements to your neighborhood & we won’t have these problems. Rumor is they get their supply from a local resident who is a pharmacist. Stay safe everyone.
