The NYPD has released photos of the suspect shown here.
According to a release from the NYPD Deputy Commissioner of the Bureau of Public Information, both victims, men aged 31 and 32 were struck in the torso; the 32-year-old victim was pronounced deceased.
Police advise that one of the victims is going through a traumatic arrest.
