What's your take on the video? Did you get any sense that the man they arrested right next to you was indeed the shooter?

No problem my guy! Just recording cuz I was close and that's all. It's so great to see that people still enjoy putting others down when they're not doing literally anything wrong in the first place. I was documenting as it was happening and I don't know all the answers to the world. Enjoy your sad little life
