The FDA has advised the manufacturer of these products to recall all lots as of October 25th. Agency investigators found “insanitary conditions” in the manufacturing facility, and environmental samples of drug production areas in the facility tested positive for bacteria.

CVS, Rite Aid, Walmart and Target have removed these products from their stores, online and in person. **However, “products branded as Leader, Rugby and Velocity may still be available to purchase in stores and online and should not be purchased,” the FDA says.**

Dispose of these products if you bought them.

If you have signs or symptoms of an eye infection after using these products, talk to your doctor or seek medical care immediately.

No reports of eye infections associated with these products have been made at this time.

If you have experienced an adverse reaction from the use of these eye drops, you can submit a report online [here](https://www.fda.gov/safety/medwatch-fda-safety-information-and-adverse-event-reporting-program).
