@menkemhabtukifle He was one of the nicest people over here. He loved animals and was a kind soul. I hope someone has his pets. I know they meant a lot to him. They were his family.

That bothered me!! I didn't see one attempt (at least from this video) by the officers to render any sort of physical aid.
