7-Year-Old Boy Fatally Struck by NYPD Tow Truck in Fort Greene, Driver Arrested

I was driving and I witnessed the nypd tow truck trying to flee, this white dude got in front of the tow truck and tried to keep him on scene. I took a pic of the guy stopping him. How do I share on here?

So I was mislead to thinking this child was going to school by himself and after reading the article and coming back to this video the child was with his mother..I see a woman on her knees next to the body..A lot of comments are saying this child was by himself and he wasn't..For a parent to have to witness her child get hit like that and to see them die, dear God 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 The article also said the little boy was riding a light green scooter 🛴 and the driver was a woman. A lot of people are saying it was a man.

I don't agree to record anyone's body on the street, but she ranting about its a child. No, it's a human period and she's the one that'll be recording someone else body this weekend. Teenager or man or woman it's still someone's baby. She probably didn't get to smoke her blunt as of yet and was irritated. Smh recorder should've told her shut up.
