OMG everytime someone sees police holding someone it always goes that they doing it unnecessarily. Stop and think ppl that maybe it would be better for the victim to lay still but they aren't willing to do that for whatever reason. This person had a knife threatening others as he pass by while in a foot chase. What is the officer suppose to do wait till he stabs someone innocent? And then have all you be upset that he didn't do anything to protect that person. I wish that this didn't come to this outcome, it's not good for anyone involved. But it really looks more like the officers were trying to keep the man as still as they could for his own safety at the time. And to keep bystanders safe. Never know what might happen if they didn't. He could've been on PCP and jumped up, pulled out his other knife and went after someone on sidewalk. Just saying.
