Police advise another suspect may be a black man in a red bandana and wearing all black. He also has locs.

Nobody cares if none of y'all go to the parade or not we go to have fun and that's it if someone wants to commit a crime while we're having fun that don't have nothing to do with us soo let's all stop blaming the parade thanks plus there were other people being shot all over the city yesterday 🥱🤫😒
Why does this festival/parade have the most police presence compared to any other festival? I don't see the Polish American festival, Irish American parade, Chinese New Year celebrations having this much police presence. Says a lot about your culture and the people in it.

Sterling is 3 blocks away from the Parkway. Why are people blaming this on the parade?
you can say what you want anywhere around that area it goes down after that parade everybody know that people get drunk and act stupid on the way home and that's when it goes down cut the bull 💩
