On Sunday, July 30, 2023, at approximately 1 p.m., a 29-year-old woman was aboard a southbound “F” train approaching the 15th Street–Prospect Park subway station. She saw a man seated across from her exposing himself and performing a lewd act. On Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at approximately 10:43 a.m., a 40-year-old woman was aboard a southbound “F” train approaching the Ditmas Avenue station train station. She saw a man exposing himself and performing a lewd act. Police are considering the cases to be connected to the same suspect. The suspect is approximately 6’1” tall, approximately 30 years old, and approximately 200 pounds. He was wearing a black face mask, a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and gray sneakers. He was carrying a black backpack.
