EMS reported that a second civilian was injured in the fire and will be transported to the hospital for smoke inhalation.
Firefighters reported that HAZMAT is at the scene packing the batteries of the e-bike/s involved in the fire.
EMS advised that one civilian has sustained a minor injury to their ankle due to a fall.
