Female victim sustained gunshot wound(s) to her leg. Carroll St between Franklin & Bedford Av has been closed to traffic at this time until they clear it. Ballistics canvass is underway to search for spent shell casings in the immediate vicinity.
Definitely not fireworks. Sounded like about 7 or so shots. Hope everyone is okay 🙏🏻
