When are our elected officials going to start having more compassion for victims than the criminals. I know that not all these shootings and other crimes can not be 100% prevented, but they can prevent most if they stop treating criminals as victims.
The average shooting suspect has at least 11 serious arrests on their record. The police know who they are, arrest them, let the courts know how dangerous they are, and the courts put them right back on the streets as fast as possible to enable them to get worse and more emboldened. This should outrage everyone. We need proper accountability for criminals and proper social services.
