yeah this was a suicide attempt not an attack, saw it on the way back from lunch break
they had to taser the guy to stop him but idk if the ambulance that arrived would be able to help he was going at it for like a minute
My ex husband texted me to tell me he saw it with its own eyes, the person was stabbing his own throat to unalive himself
I have a video of the entire thing from a high vantage point. The police did the best they could in tazing him while keeping others and themselves safe.

yeah this was a suicide attempt not an attack, saw it on the way back from lunch break
they had to taser the guy to stop him but idk if the ambulance that arrived would be able to help he was going at it for like a minute
