According to an update posted by the NYPD Deputy Commissioner of Public Information, a 28-year-old man was shot in the head and pronounced deceased on the scene, a 32-year-old man was also shot in the head and pronounced at the scene, a third victim, a 56-year-old man was grazed on the neck by a bullet and treated by EMS on the scene.
