Police describe the first suspect as a 5'0" Black man wearing a black hoodie, black sweatpants, two white gloves, and black sneakers.
Police are searching for two suspects who fled in a gray Nissan Maxima with NJ license plates partially reading "176"
A second EMS unit has been requested by police.
Police state a second man with a leg wound has been found after also being struck.

The lady in the video let a realtor trick her into believing there's a big difference between Franklin Ave and Washington. Washington was covered in Crackheads most of my life. People from Franklin wouldn't even let their kids go over there back in the day.
Actually back in the day years ago it was way worse. Just recently things changed but i guess some people can’t let go of the pass
Yeah the lady in the video clearly doesn't know where she moved. St Marks and Underhill was a famous weed spot and St Johns and Washington was a crazy block since I was a baby.
And this is why law abiding citizens deserve the right to protect themselves

The lady in the video let a realtor trick her into believing there's a big difference between Franklin Ave and Washington. Washington was covered in Crackheads most of my life. People from Franklin wouldn't even let their kids go over there back in the day.
Actually back in the day years ago it was way worse. Just recently things changed but i guess some people can’t let go of the pass
