So the cops let him get into the train but won’t let working people/students into the train if they had no fare

If there is no long term mental health care facility where he can go, he should be incarcerated. It is safer for him and all society rather than living in the streets and in the subway.
The poor soul who was pushed will then have PTSD
And we get rewarded for risking our lives every day while taking the subway to work...with a fare increase!!! WTH???!!!
