FDNY, can’t thank them enough for all they do, battling these fires 🔥 and saving lives.
These trucks carrying extremely explosive material should not be driving through a residential area, let alone under the train track at the height of rush hour. Is the driver ok?
There is no 5 service between E 180 St and Eastchester-Dyre Av in both directions. What's Happening: FDNY is extinguishing a fire at street level near Eastchester-Dyre Av, and our crews are responding to inspect the elevated structure. For service to/from Dyre Ave, consider taking the Bx16 bus to connect with 2 at Nereid Ave. For service to/from Baychester Ave, consider taking the Bx30 bus to connect with 2 line at Pelham Pkwy (White Plains Rd) For service to/from Gun Hill Rd, consider taking Bx28 or Bx38 bus to connect with 2 at Gun Hill Rd (White Plains Rd) For service to/from Pelham Pkwy and Morris Park, Consider taking Bx12 SBS to connect with 1, 2, 6, A, D trains.
