Please know that this apparently white male in a white Chevy volt is specifically targeting cypress trees because they burn faster. Just up the street in Cazador at 10:30 at night a little over 2 weeks ago now as well. Thought we were going to have to evacuate but thank goodness for all the rain!
Arson should be a capital offense. There’s no excuse.
