Saw this whole thing happen in front of me at 5am. I was about 3 cars in length behind the first car that crashed before it turned into a messy pile up. Not sure if they were intoxicated or fell asleep but the first car (black sedan) literally slammed itself hard into the divider, spun and landed on either the express lanes or lane 1. Their lights were totally out making it hard to see for other cars coming up. I was able to move to the very right safely and went further down pulled over on the right shoulder before Baldwin ave to call emergency at 5:09 but it had gotten worse already, a big rig was already on its side and something caught on fire. Seeing this right now makes me really sad.
