One Shot at Rear of East Harlem Deli, Second Person Shot Caught During Foot Chase, One Suspect Still At-Large

Police have described the at-large shooter as a Latino man, wearing a purple or dark red sweatshirt with a "9" on the back of it, black jeans, gray sneakers, and a black White Sox baseball hat. He was last seen heading eastbound on E 126th St toward Park Ave.
