Child Struck by Vehicle

This was my nephew . We don’t know who was at fault yet so there’s no need to point fingers. And to whoever said he was dead , he’s very much alive .

I've live about 500 feet away from where the accident happened and the road are still block and 81st is completely shut down and so 19th Ave , had to turn around use the 18th Ave . Let's hope that the kid is okay, according to other people comments the kid has ADHD and he ran the red light, well in my opinion the parents are the one to blame, I myself a child and never leave my child until my child reached 13. It's the law all parents must take it seriously. I feel both for the driver of the car and the kid , let's hope that the kid is okay.
