May she RIP. Probably a Domestic situation. My guess: Ex bf with a low self-esteem and a mentality of: “If I can’t have you no one can”! 8 gunshots is a sign of anger and very personal.
Honestly building 165 has mostly mental health residents and placement programs that work with that building specifically. Thats why so many incidents occur there. They need case mgr or the ones who runs these programs to monitor their clients more. Ex: make sure medicine is taken, talk therapy, resources provided.
You're absolutely right! I'm one of the Care Managers who conducts Home Visits and TRY to get these people on the right track! Help them become productive in the community! But...this often easier said then done! They can not be Forced to take meds and Monitoring them does nothing if they refuse!!!
This is just sad. That’s someone mom sister or daughter. Hope she makes it and they lock the lowlife up. Attempted murder with no bail!!!
