Suspect in Custody in Fatal 2022 Collision Investigation

I was driving the other day stopped at a stop sign with my signal to turn right and I had a crazy lady behind me beeping and screaming out her window for me to move mind you I was stopped for a reason there was an old lady crossing where I needed to turn I put my car in parking mode and waited for the lady to cross I will not hit someone because you are in a rush that’s your problem leave earlier if you have somewhere to go and you are in a rush people just don’t get it!!!!! Especially if you clearly can’t see over my car that there are people crossing in front of me like really shove the horn and blow it out your 💩!!!

This was something not expected in my evening .. heard a loud bang ( sounded like 2 cars crashing into each other ) when I turned around victim was airborne and slide at least 100 ft .. as this occurred heard tires screeching black bmw mid size suv sped off down Seneca ave swerving thru traffic running through all red lights.. I was one of the 1st to run to victim along with an African American woman checking his pulse ( thank you ) .. many stood by doing nothing , quickly to grab their phones instead of helping call 911.. it’s sad what this world has come to .. unfortunately.. the victim had a slow pulse for a few mins and passed on scene.. RIP .. Message to the driver.. I hope the dead man’s soul haunts you for life and you get the fullest extent of the law handed to you .. you made an attempt to stop when you hit the guy but left the scene knowing you did wrong .. God don’t like ugly .. you are 💯 percent at fault and a fkn coward.. My consolences to his family …

He almost struck 3 people 3 blocks before myrtle...

Does not matter if you see a pedestrian crossing you NEED to slow down even if they are in the wrong I see this everyday people drive like animals this needs to stop as a driver myself I never let it bother me I will slow down because beating one single light is not going to get me where I need to go quicker there are lights everywhere! If this person thinks not one single camera caught them they are wrong look at what happened on wyckoff just a few days ago and that car was clear as day on camera like really what’s more important losing your privileges to drive or killing someone’s child like seriously SLOW DOWN!! 🤬😡
