Man Charged for Stabbing Chase Bank Security Guard in Neck at Upper East Side Branch

There truthfully should be 2 guards at every site. I’m a guard for chase bank in Manhattan and I’m also apart of the company that this poor victim works for. Condition is horrible on top of us risking our lives. At least allow us to have a partner to defend with if necessary.
