If this is the actual address… I thought I’ve seen it all with the illegal conversions in Ozone Park but a whole apartment in the driveway DOB?… This is why Licensed Home Improvement is important. Shortcuts affects neighboring properties. Reporting is not snitching… it’s protecting what you’ve all worked hard for. 🙏🏾 for all Responding Agencies.

My home recently survived a fire and it is a horrible feeling to be watching your own stuff melt away in front of you.

I can only imagine. It was extremely hard to come home and the apartment that I have spent my entire adult life in was destroyed, so many memories, I was just thankful that my family with exception of one of my fur-babies is alive and well.
