Summary
- A woman was killed and a man was injured in a drive-by shooting Monday afternoon in the South Bronx.
- Police were called to the 600 block of E. 137th Street, between Bruckner Boulevard and Cypress Avenue, around 4:15 p.m.
- First responders found a 39-year-old woman who had been shot in the head, and a 32-year-old man who had been shot in the back.
- Both victims were taken to the hospital. The woman was pronounced deceased and the man was listed in stable condition.
- A police spokesperson said multiple suspects fired shots from inside a white sedan which fled the scene.
- As of Monday evening, no arrests had been made.
- An investigation is ongoing.

9566 incidents in the months of January alone, these included 28 murders, 128 rapes, numerous robberies , and fel assaults, and these numbers continue to rise at a record high, we can point all sorts of fingers, until something is truly done to get these guns off the streets nothing will change, I say bring back Guliani because from the looks of it Adams is just in it to fill his own personal agenda!
