Landlords turn your heaters on so people don’t have to use space heaters

This is very sad these landlords need’s to go to jail for not providing heat people using heater’s. I am having a heat and no water problem praying for all of us God bless American
Wow prayers for them all.... It's so cold out and yes these landlord's need to give heat and CON ED needs to extend and honor any late bills especially in this damn cold...
@brendaDi heat and electricity are free in these buildings
Apartments are soo cold inside people have no choice but to use space heaters and it’s just not safe . Plus rents are so high everyone should have decent heat in their home
