FDNY RADIO: Chief of the 42 Battalion reports the ceiling collapsed in the basement. All the debris was cleared in the basement and search confirmed that there was no one trapped or injured. In addition NYPD advises that they spoke to the owner of the building and they confirm that all occupants have been accounted for.
