Wagner was not like this until alot of people from other neighborhoods move there, also apartments left to children and grand children. Parents worked hard years ago trying to make it in th Pj's, like a few more years all u will be in suburbs and the elite will be here those PJ'S will be condo's,. And it won't be so easy to come to the city. Like please stop killing 😫 pls lord have mercy on our young generation, please deliver them from this evil, self destruction.
