The naked man was running crazy in the street. Some dumb people think it is more humane to let crazy people live on the street, instead of keeping those mental hospitals open....
The contractor doing this paving work on Pico likely exemplifies qualities of the lowest bidder There’s barely any temporary lane markers installed on this fresh paving.
That was my first thought, but this was a crazy NAKED white man who screams up and down the road regularly. The lack of painted lines is not really the issue. Why is the asphalt on Pearl so smooth, but pico is likevruding a bike on waves???
I live close by, talked to an officer. There was a hit and run, body was on the ground, the second car hit the body and the cops came. The body is under the white car in this video. Roads were just paved on Pico - the person who was hit was crossing at what was crosswalk (lines haven’t been painted yet). There’s a shoe from the body where the crosswalk should be.
