Among first to arrive at the scene along with my gf who contacted police. Guy was awake, seemingly in shock, but able to talk and answer questions. We left once fire trucks arrived
Thats really sad that he passed after that. How scary. But at least maybe him knowing you two were there and that help was on the way, and that he wasnt just completely alone laying on the freeway, I bet that gave him some kind of comfort. And if he was kn shock then he probably wasnt feeling very much pain at that time. So sad for him and his loved ones
