The street crime is a mess! Neighborhoods you once thought relatively safe are war zones. We desperately need a new Mayor!!
Deblasio needs to go
@TheAdvocate No one here is thinking logical. Having a new mayor doesn’t mean that he’ll mind control everyone to behave. We can’t control the actions of other people. New mayor or not, people has to learn to be a good law biding citizen and be a productive member of society. If people decides to live a lawless then that’s no one’s fault but their own because again we can’t control the actions of other people. That’s like to say that I give you a hug and then you blame McDonald’s employee.
Abolish bail reform now!
@UpperWestSideOne first off I’m not involved in any criminal activities for anyone to want to shoot me. I never borrow money from anyone either. Gun shot “victims” are often involved with some kind of malicious activities. I’m a law biding citizen with no prior record and I always respect people so that I can get the same respect in return. The number 1 rule of thumb in life is to NEVER piss anyone off because you don’t know what the person that you angered may have a plot. When people do bad things, bad things happens to them. Absolutely nothing in life is free. You get what you put out. Secondly, I do believe that at some point we as humans make mistakes and deserves a second chance rather to just say “hey throw him in jail and keep in there until he rots”. People do change.
The city is a shit show
@mik1965 now that is a racist statement and the sad part is u don’t think it is
