My gf just saw what happened, car theft, the owner left the car running and stepped out and then was dragged after trying to chase the stupid thief.
@RonRep40 she didn’t give me much details but my understanding is that when the thief drove off he struck the cyclist. Not quite sure but someone what trying to stop the driver (thief) and was dragged for a couple feet
I saw this car going down 21st in the direction of queensboro plaza
Please respect their privacy. We see they are being taken care of.
