Residents Evacuated After Brownstone Decorative Arch Collapsed

I was there when it happened. No one hurt fortunately. Pediment just came down and took out the stairs. Happened in the blink of an eye. The brownstone does not look bad at a distance but when you look more closely you can see signs of disrepair elsewhere on the facade.
