If you know the area, it wouldn’t come off as a surprise. Regardless of how many “good people” there are in these neighborhoods, this will continue unless the good samaritans take action. Sure, you can LOL or cut my ass until it’s your uncle or friend. Not gonna write too much, just that we can do better
