The problem is the owner always takes advantage of them in many ways ( unsafe work conditions, late on their “checks”, work in the rain on steel etc. ) keep allowing city council to pass laws that allow these developers to find loop holes to get top dollar government funding, only to hire untrained, unskilled workers and this will continue to happen! It’s all fun and games till that crane lands next door and kills an innocent. FUCK GREEDY DEVELOPERS!
