There’s a saying “all politics is local,” well you know what, all policing and stopping crime is even more local! If the politicians can’t make our streets better, through whatever promises made, then why are we so surprised when nothing happens and crime goes up? Cut the BULLSHIT, ONLY THE COMMUNITY THROUGH ACTION IN COLLABORATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT CAN STOP THE SURGE IN VIOLENCE!!! Fuck those who want to use words and no actions, fuck those who talk without merit, and definitely screw those who say we will get better, yet do not act to make things better!! I’m starting a People’s Safety Watch and will post and ask for volunteers in all districts - our daughters, mothers, girlfriends, fathers, brothers and sisters don’t deserve to have to look over their shoulders when going home or be harassed, they deserve a place to live in peace. This is becoming like the OK Coral in South Brooklyn and it needs to end! Flyers will be going out soon!!!
